Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a set of treatment methods aimed at strengthening the body's defenses by natural and biological means.
It is based on a theory that the life force of the organism allows it to defend and heal spontaneously.
It therefore consists of strengthening the body's defense reactions through various dietary and behavioral hygiene measures (diet, fasting, bodybuilding, relaxation, massages, etc.).

Chiropractic adjustment encompasses the various techniques that the doctor of chiropractic can use to restore proper spinal and articular function and thereby relieve pressure and irritation of the nervous system.

Acupuncture

Archaic reflexes*
An archaic reflex is physiological. It integrates neurologically a few months after birth and becomes unobservable.
Sometimes a physical and/or emotional shock will cause this same reflex to reappear (via an activating neuron); it therefore becomes “pathogenic”. This non-integration leads to interference with our motor, postural, cognitive and even emotional patterns (example of motor patterns, specific to each individual, in reaction to fear).
There are about 70 archaic reflexes likely to "parasitize" us and lead to behavioral problems, learning problems, but also the recurrence or chronicity of pain.

Meditation
The term meditation (from the Latin meditatio) designates a mental or spiritual practice. Meditation (bhāvanā in Sanskrit and Pali) is at the heart of many spiritual or religious practices such as those of Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism, Taoism, yoga, Islam, Christianity as well as other more recent forms of spirituality.
It is a practice aimed at producing inner peace, emptiness of the mind, altered states of consciousness or the progressive calming of the mind or even a simple relaxation, results that can be obtained by "familiarizing oneself" with an object of observation: whether exterior (like a real object or a symbol) or interior (like the mind or a concept, or even the absence of a concept, or even sensations).
